Default Weird engine noises after going through the water!

Hello all, I accidentally went trough a semi deep mud puddle going up to the doors . After that I went for a mile or so then I noticed that the car was kinda jerky and wobbly. I tested steering it and the cv boot was ripped and the car was making a loud idle noise that sounded like it was coming from the front of the engine and I thought it could be the accessory belts but I haven't got into it yet. Anyways the engine runs fine I drove it home after getting it towed to the shop for a cv axle repair. I have a youtube video of it here,
. Could I get some help/tips I am hoping its just something having to do with the accessory belt and nothing like water in the engine.

Thanks,

Ike

You got it towed for the CV boot?

It sounds like maybe your idlers are wet and may need replacement.
The air filter probably got wet and that would cause the jerkiness as well. You should check that and if it is wet then replace it.
