Default WRX Raceland Coilovers for 09 2.5i

Hey guys, I'm thinking of getting these WRX Raceland Coilovers for my 09 2.5i.

http://www.racelandus.com/coilovers/...coilovers.html

Will they fit just fine? They look like they'll help me a lot in AutoX and Track days compared to the Eibach Springs I have now.... what do you guys think?

As many people have figured out, raceland coil overs seem to be very poor quality and go bad after about a year. I would stick with your eibach springs and get aftermarket sway bars, strut bars, etc.

As for them fitting, i beleive your top hats are different than wrx's. If they are then no, they will not fit.

1) This question belongs in the suspension subforum since it doesn't deal with the engine.
2) Wrx suspension will fit in the 2.5i, but there's quite a few people that agree those coils are nothing more than throwing your cash in the trash.

I'd highly suggest against them. "Nice" coilovers usually cost upwards of $1500. You're best bet keeping with the struts and springs.

Either get nice ones, or stick with your springs.

He's exactly right I spent like $1100 on my bcbr coils and its the best money I've spent on my car. If your gunna do it do it the right way first.

I put a set of raceland coils on my 01 rs sedan a couple months back. Dont waste ur money unless ur putting them on a track car. Any kind of street driving is almost unbearable. If money is super tight and you like to ball on a budget then they're cool. But apart from being easy to adjust, raceland coils arent great.
