Default Ceramic Coatings

Does anyone have recommendations of where to get Exhaust parts ceramic coated here in Texas? I've been looking at http://swaintech.com/race-coatings/automotive-coatings/ but with them being in New York shipping is going to hurt with sending them a header and or a down pipe. I know that Swain Tech has some really good coatings.

I have used Polydyn http://www.polydyn.com/ for all sorts of coatings over the years. On my Volvo 850R, I had them coat the Turbo manifold, and the hot side of the Turbo that I just had rebuilt. I have had them coat rod bearings and pistons for other projects.

Prices were competitive with other national places and usually less than a week turn around.

I also have used polydyn for header/uppipe coating, they're local in Houston, so shipping will be something you have to deal with. I'd recommend them though, they were slow and not very good at communicating, but I'd still recommend them.

You can always go do it yourself..

seems there's product that doesn't require baking, which is one of the biggest drawbacks to do it yourself stuff.

I'm all about the do it your self approach on just about anything. At the same time if i'm investing the money into a coating I would like for it to actually work and be worth the money that I put into it. I'm planing on getting a Cobb turbo back system and want to get it coated right away when it is nice and fresh and to get the benefit of a coated pipe for the get go.
