Default Can I fit a 2010 Legacy GT swap into '97 Legacy GT?

Just as the title states, would I be able to make it work with all/most of the stock components? I want to use the OEM turbo setup that mounts the turbo in front of the engine. Anyone know if I would I have enough clearance? Would the stock front crossmember be an issue?

Thanks,
-Jon

The wiring will be your biggest issue since the 2010 is a CANBUS system.

Meh, I'm probably gonna go with a link storm g4 ecu and be done with it. I plan on creating my own harness anyways, I'm not too worried about that part of it, as I've done chassis harness rebuilds before.

I guess at this stage I'm more concerned about fitment considering the different palcement of the turbo stuff. Just picked up a set of brand new '10 legacy gt heads, man these things are sweet!

Default 99 swap

I have a 99 legacy gt but want to do a turbo build what ecu, turbo components, and what year would the parts come from? would I be able to use a link storm ecu on the build? Could I use the parts from a newer model legacy gt such as the 05.
