Default Underseat powered sub install?

is it as simple as running wires to the reciever and battery and placing the sub in a good location or do you need to do something else?

Not to be a douche but this has been answered MANY time. You need to search first before asking questions that has been answered. And you did not give enough info to answer your question. What kind of headunit are you using? What type of sub are you trying to install? What year is your car?

If you're using an OEM sub connected to an OEM head unit there is just a plug / connector it's that simple...

its a 2012 5 door 2.0i. it doesnt take a genius to comprehend what i said. I do have an aftermarket HU with sub outputs.

You have to cut holes in your floorboard approx 8" x 6" to make it work.
