2 Sets of STi torsion bars. $1 a set. One set from an 04, one from an 05, fits 02-07

hi i have a question and might want to purchase your torsion bars i have a 2004 wrx and would like to wing it but i heard with out the torsion bars the trunk would open up very hard and heavy and would fly open when speeding would these bars both fit on my car thanks

and Aminos: Yes they would fit the car. If you put an sti trunk lid on, they will not have any issues with them at all.

You have it backwards, if you have STi torsion springs and NO wing (or even a wrx wing, as i assume its lighter than the sti wing) the trunk will open hard as hell. (Like mine). The extra tension WILL NOT make the trunk open on it's own, the springs have nothing to do with the latching mechanism. If extra tension pushing up on the trunk would make it open you could walk up to any subaru and just pull up on the trunk and it would open.
