Default Emission test in MO

I just move to MO and my car currently run on stage 2 cattless DP. I m little worry if my car can pass emission test in MO. I will live in either platte city or liberty city which is plattle county or clay county respectively. I did some research online and it showed that those counties do nor require emission test. However, i m not very sure about that so if any local ppl know that plz let me know. Any input will be appreciated

You should be fine, one way to check is plug in a obd2 code reader, and some have an emmitions, mine has a red yellow and green light, if its red you have a code, yellow basically means you cleared the codes and it needs to go through its cycle, if its green, its good, thats how i checked mine

Depends on if you run into an inspector that cares to do a visual or not. If they do, you'll fail. The only real advice anyone can give you is either deal with it, or put a stock/legal exhaust back on.

I have the secondary air injection system problem (yea, stuck closed) and I had heard that if you remove the CELs with the AP then when you go to get emissions tested you will get denied because the system will show as Not Ready. But if I downloaded the AccessTuner Race then remove the cel codes then I will be good? I'm in MO too by the way.
