Bumper paint peeling

Recently my bumper has started to shed its skin. It is getting very bad, and paint can be picked off with your finger. Anyone else have this?

My car has been peeling for the past four years. It's Aspen White. Fortunately corrosion isn't a problem out here so I've just been letting it go while saving for a good paint job.

I think Subaru had problems with their paint back then. I bought mine new and never had it painted.
