It's not like you slapped a part on and blew the motor. Could be way worse. Post before and after pics when it's done!

It's got 55 and was apparently driven like an 80 year old. And with the price, I could throw a built motor in and be way ahead of the game.

Hey anyone want to help me make a video of how to install an SPT boost gauge into a 2011 wrx? I know there is one on youtube but I want to make a detailed and better version because that previous video does not do a good job and is not done very well. I'm also getting the SMY gauge cluster so that will be part of the install video. Probably something i'm planning on when the weather gets nicer out. Whose up for helping when the time comes?

We've been through this before. You and I have a mutual boner for MPS builds. It's on the wish list.

Cool I'll let u know in advance when I want to get this done. No need to tap into the fuse box because it's all plug and play. The harness provided by Subaru has one part that plugs into the clock and the other part plugs into the dimmer switch. The only issue that may arise is running the vacuum hose through the firewall after removing the tmic.

There are grommets you can use. That's not an issue

yupp, there is one in the passenger foot well, and one dead center of the car, its just REALLY hard to get to.

the trick is tie a shoelace pass it through, tie the vacuum line to it and pull it out.
