Default Looking for the right catback

I am now in the market for a catback exhaust to finish up my catless system. JDM catless uppipe and catless PDE downpipe are in the car already.

I want a relatively quiet catback with a single tip. I have heard that a bunch of the catbacks out there like the Borla are just ridiculously loud. I do not want that.

I have recently heard the TurboXS muffler and really like the sound of it. But I can't seem to find a TurboXS catback system. On their site they have various exhaust pieces and I guess I'm just getting confused by their terminology for catpipe, midpipe, etc. There are so many different terms used by Suby people to describe different parts of the exhaust. Let's say I wanted a TurboXS cat back to mate up to my PDE downpipe. The PDE downpipe if you are not aware, gets rid of both cats and bolts up to the stock catback. So with that in mind, what would I need to order from them? And do they even have a system that will mate up to the PDE pipe. I know their pipe is 4" but not sure what it tapers down to.

Any help would be appreciated.

Isn't that just an axle-back? I would like to replace all of the Subaru exhaust.

The TXS turbo back systems has one cat and three pipes; DP, cat connector or mid pipe, and the muffler(pipe). The cat/mid pipe ends where the stock one ends and the muffler can replace the stock one. The only other common connection is at the turbo.

The back of the DP, front of the cat, junction between cat and mid pipes are all TXS component specific.

Unless your PDE DP goes all the way back to the axel, it no worky.

From what I understand of course.

If you don't mind staying with 65mm/2.5" piping, look into the Apexi World Sport catback. It's affordable ($455 + shipping) and it's very quiet. Look for my review as well as pics and sound clips at my Review Here.
