Question Mating TurboXS Catless DP to Maddad CBE - catless?

This question relates to a 2005 STi.

I've got a TurboXS Catless DP installed in my car currently. I am considering installing a Maddad cat-back exhaust. TurboXS sells an adapter to mate the DP to aftermarket catbacks so that park should be no problem.

What I want to know is if the Maddad CBE (Dual Tip) is catted at all, or if that section is just a flex joint:

Trying to figure out if I'm going to be running totally without cats if I do this or not. Thanks in advance folks.

A catback section wouldn't have a cat. They would either be resonated and the muffler or no resonator and straight pipe to the muffler. That's why they call it catback exhaust since the this part of the system comes after the cats. I know turboxs sells their dp in 2 sections, the bellmouth mated to the turbo and the second piece you can choose from two. They have the Catted pipe and the race-pipe(catless). Hope I was able to answer your questions.

Yeah, that makes sense in a painfully obvious sort of way.
