Are there any meets in the area? I may be in some of the more populated areas of NESIC soon.

No, you need an access port to do any tuning on these cars.

Ok, so I need an accessport to get the tunners to tell me where the shoppes are, who will then tell me where the meets are? Ok, I got it.
