Def agree with some of the other posters. If it works for you then roll with it. And as far as things turning negative, ignorant, and completely off topic...welcome to NASIOC as it happens to 99% of all threads lol! Only thing NASIOC is good for is reviews, vendor pricing, and regional news. Register on wrxtuners for a much better atmosphere IMO. Good luck with your purchase man!

Others might say sell the vr4 and get an sti, I say keep it and get the wrx if finances work out! I had 2 fun toys that I sold before the baby came, 08 350z with 19k on the clock and an all original 1987 turbo rx7 with 24k on the clock, loved them both but with the baby coming I sold them... Looking back, I wish I kept one, it would have been fun to still have a toy.

Thanks. Yeah for now I will be keeping it since its only costing me insurance per month which is low as it is.

I am keeping busy installing a SAFCII / MAFT, and other fun stuff. I will buy my WRX as soon as I get my VR4 back on the road. Just waiting on some parts to come in.

I wanted to buy the WRX first but I know I would probably never finish my VR4.

I wonder how many people here own a STi or WRX and still rent. Talk about poor financial decisions.
Although I agree with all your other statements, there are cities in the world where it makes more sense financially to rent then to own. Economists have studied it and in certain cities people who rent end up living a higher quality of life and can afford to do more....just saying. As for the rest all power to ya, hope you enjoy jumping into your suby, welcome to the club!

I think it sounds great. Dealer invoice plus shipping and handling for a premium sedan is 27,433. Your making out good in my book.

Why do people keep thinking Fog light is an option on the premium? It's standard on the Premium trim. Stop getting tricked by your dealers lol. No offend.

I haven't been offered that yet but that's what I feel is a fair price based on reading countless posts in this thread.

Yeah go for it, just be firm and stand by your offer and you should be fine. Just always make sure to have paperwork with you to back up your pricing. It never hurts to be over prepared.

Yes I'm aware of this. The moonroof and fog lights were the reason I got the premium model. Could care less about the heated seats. Not everyone knows what the premium comes with though, so figured I'd list it as an add on (off base)

Just bought my 13' WRX Premium 5-Door today and I paid $27,800 before taxes, title, and the doc fee. I'm also getting the auto-dimming mirror, rear cargo tray, and all weather mats as options. Forgot to add that my interest rate is 2.9%, $8500 down, 5 year term, $366 a month.

Thanks! You should easily be able to get that deal. Honestly, if I had more patience, I probably could've gotten the price lower. I'm happy though. Gonna be a sad day trading in the 05 Rex
