So here's my problem. I worried about how theyre going to look. Im not so nervous about actually getting them put on but... am I going to look like a completely different person? Are the ladies still going to love me?

Im not very tech savy so maybe a fellow otter can help me out and put my mind at ease and photoshop what braces are going to look like. The orthodontist wasnt very helpful.

I'm just gonna quote this for posterity. The pros will be along shortly to help. Oh Lawd!

I look forward to all the goodies this thread will bring.

I'd fire up my own PS but I'm tired, cranky, and going to bed soon.

You're going to look like a freak of nature.

What do you want to hear exactly?

You're going to look like an adult with braces. Yes, they're going to be glaringly obvious, maybe make you look a little younger. They certainly won't make you look sexy..

Instead of metal mouth, can you get the clear ones? Not invisalign, but regular clear braces.

Okay. Well, my dad got the regular braces but they were clear. You could notice them but not as much. Nobody gave a **** and they knew why he had them on. He wanted straight teeth and that's what you gotta do
