So after researching, their wasn't a legit thread that had reviewed these bushings individually and was recent so I thought I would give it a try. I have a '11 2.5i impreza, 5-speed manual, and the following drivetrain mods previous to the install: Kartboy ss, Kartboy front and rear shifter bushings, whiteline crossmember bushings. (warning, thread contains no pictures, just links)
Unlike others reviews regarding the awesome reviews of Turn In Concepts customer service, I beg to differ. I placed an order on a friday, emaile'd them multiple times, and finally didn't hear anything back from them until 1 week later. Long story summ'd up, buy their products from someone who frequently stocks them AND give you tracking info: Boston Motorsports/ Rallysportdirect.

Price: Only $30! + shipping of course

Install: I followed these instructions http://turninconcepts.com/instructio...ngs/index.html
More specific (found this later) for their "linkage update" , essentially the same http://turninconcepts.com/instructio...inkage_update/

Pretty straight forward install but I would recommend doing all your shifter/tranny bushings at once since you have to remove much of the same components, that way it will save you time from doing it later. My install took about 2 hours taking my time and by myself. The hardest part for me was getting the two pins out of the linkage itself, but after that it was smooth sailing. The bushings look identical to stock but are much harder. Compared to other models, these went into place very easily and a press is not required.

Overall Impression: Again after having the above shifter mods (i.e. short shifter and bushings), this does make a significant difference. Shifting is even more confident between gears and it is much more noticeable between gates. Also the previous slop while in gear and in neutral (both side to side and front/back) are nearly eliminated. For the price I am very satisfied at how well these bushings performs, so I would recommend these bushings to others. Just be prepared to run into problems during the install so set plenty of time aside and have a friend around to grab you tools or more beer during the install. Finally I would like to say thanks to Turn In Concepts for making a great product but also to try and improve the customer service skills, even on their cheaper products.

I just adddd these bushings along with the whole Holy Shift kit; while I can't comment too much on how they are apart from the other componts I will say that tthey are both shifter and longer than the stock bushings, giving you a larger contact area.

Also a very good point!

Hi I just saw this, and while I am glad you like the product I am a bit dismayed at the lack of communication.

While we do try and keep stock sometimes we do run out. We try and keep that to a minimum but it is inevitable. Again my greatest concern is the lack of updates for you, even on our cheap parts.

Can you please PM your order number so I can find out exactly what happened so I to speak to the appropriate people so this doesn't happen again?
