AF Learning is good, no knocks, hitting target boost, no boost creep.... Looks like your car likes the tune IMHO and sounds like you do too

is it normal to get some knocks during normal driving here and there within 1.5?

Mehhh depends. If you are seeing the occasional FLKC (-1.4 or less) or FBKC (-1.5) at low loads and lower rpms that's normal. Sometimes you will get some false knock by rapidly changing engine loads (slamming down the gas pedal) or even between shifting. I'd watch out for FBKC (feedback knock) at higher loads and higher rpms or knock that keeps showing up at particular rpms or repetitive knock FBKC or FLKC that keeps pulling additional timing or reduces DAM. It would be nice to log Sensor #1 (front O2) during normal driving if you keep seeing it. Better yet in the long run invest in a wideband sensor so when you go stage 2 you will be ready to monitor things.

Log looks good. Enjoy!

As far as occasional feedback or fine knock correction, that is normal as long as it is single count (-1.4) or the occasional double count (-2.8), especially at lower load or when throttle is rapidly changing (either getting on or lifting off the throttle). That is generally just noise. You want to watch for consistent knock during your WOT run (other than reported knock when you mash the throttle or lift off at the end). You also want to look to make sure that once the dynamic advance multiplier (DAM) learns up to 1.0 (for 2.5L cars) that is does not drop from that value (may drop to an initial value with some maps/cars after map reflash/ecu reset/etc and that is normal).

Well, there's not a clear-cut answer to that. Certainly more power/performance, generally speaking, puts more stress on the engine and transmission. That said, stage 1 and stage 2 mods are relatively mild modifications. There are even some benefits to the stage 1/2 tune over the factory tune. For example, the factory tune has an extended closed loop to open loop delay that causes you to run effectively what could be argued as too lean with moderate boost levels before it switches to open loop fueling. So, it is a bit of give and take.

If you don't abuse the car with hard launches/shifts, etc. and you keep up on all your maintenance (we recommend a high quality synthetic oil and check oil levels every time you fill up with gas), and use good quality gas, you should get many years of reliable service out of a stage 1 or stage 2 set-up. In fact, I would argue that you would, generally speaking, get the same lifespan out of the stage 1/2 car as you would with a bone stock car if those guidelines are followed (my opinion).
