Default where to get Motul break-in oil?

Anyone know of a Phx/east valley location to get some Motul break-in oil?

That's a first. I've never heard of it before. What's the supposed benefit of using it?

Is it just an additive or do you drain your oil and completely use the break in oil?

Kind of reminds me of stuff used for new cams.

It's for breaking in new engines. I have a new built short block I will be installing soon. I found it online at amazon for a case of 12 quarts. More than I need but at least the shipping was free. Everywhere else the shipping was as much as the oil itself.
