Is not like that dude. They slipped tiny bit cuz the stock tires don't work that well under 50 degrees. Once they get some heat in them they grip like a mofo. Plus by winter I'll have snow tires and I'll be fine. If anything I can pick up a cheap trade in from my work for dirt money.

Mine only made like 275hp factory and it could still easily spin the tires for quite a ways. Sometimes I really miss owning a rwd car.

The Lime Rock event was fun. They had some pretty insane cars there and I got to take a spin in a crazy Evo. Here are some pics.

Some nice clean roads with some squiggly roads would be nice for a change. Always love going back home to upstate ny for that reson and just driving out to bear mtn! So I will be keeping an eye on this so I can put in for some vaca time if needed. Lol

Mike it was great meeting you yesterday,
Sorry if I wasn't super attentive. Getting there late I felt really rushed about getting the car ready and what not.
Afterwards I finally had a moment to look around and naturally started tweaking out about where I was and what was around me lol.

I ended up staying the entire day, and went for a ride in a Porsche 964 RS 3.8 track car that was insane, he actually did 80 MPH through big ben with ease; and Bob the driver was completely relaxed while doing so.
Pics soon!

It was fun and a good first trip to Lime Rock. Next time I want to do the full HPDE1. What we did was like 20 min in classroom, a few minutes to prep, and like a 20-30 min run with an instructor riding along. Its not like auto-x where you break between laps. you just keep lapping 'till they wave you in. Then we just did ride alongs. It was great just to see all the cars people brought. Most of them looked like they cost over 100K in MSRP or build. I definitely want to go again.
