Default Tampa/St. Pete Car Meets #5

Welcome to the Tampa/Brandon/St. Pete Car Meet thread. Here you will find a great group of Subaru Enthusiasts guy's and gal's. This thread is to talk about our daily lives as Subaru Owners, meet times and locations (cause they will change and vary), and car talk. This group has been going since August of 2011 and will continue to go on. We are always welcoming new people to our group with open arms. If you got a hold of one of our flyer's, then you have come to the right place. This thread has been created to talk about Subaru's although other shenanigans will take place. There is quite the variety of mod paths and experience levels that come out so tell us what you are currently working on, what your future plans are, questions that you would like input on and anything else you might want to know. Also If you are needing a helping hand to do some work, or maybe you need to borrow a tool, this is the thread to do so. Here you will also find links to local group meet's and events. If you are baking cookies, or going grocery shopping or playing video games, please go to igotasubaru.com[/URL">http://igotasubaru.com\"]igotasubaru.com[/url] to talk about that stuff.
This first post is where you will find the most up to date information on meet times and locations (I will post a update quote, when a change has been made). If you have input on locations and times, please feel free to give your input. Everything will be taken into consideration. There are new changes to our meet times, but will list that info below. If you would like some flyers to help pass around please let me know, and I will make sure that you get them at a meet, or any time. Please come in with a positive attitude and this group, this thread, will truly be what it is meant to be. And to all people, WELCOME to the group!

**Meet Location & Time (3rd Saturday of each month) **

Meet Location:
Brick House Tavern (Just south of I-275 on Dale Mabry)
Meet Time:
6:00pm - ?
******SPECIAL NOTICE*******
Parking is not always the best. (Especially during peak NCAAF aka college football season) They normally have a valet when it's super busy if you trust someone else to drive your car, but plan on parking being a pain. Some guys pay the valet and just park their own car.

******Cars and Coffee*******

At DuPont Registry on the 3rd Saturday of every month.

I'm not sure what you mean by offset....I don't think I've ever heard that term. I've seen dual pump and in line pump setups for our cars, but never "offset."

"offset fuel pump and center inlet one"

rearranging words a bit, I'd assume:

offset inlet fuel pump
center inlet fuel pump

I dunno, Bob. This guy has never asked a logical, straight forward, easy question to answer... I think he's confused by cars.

I'm confused by a plethora of things. Cars is just one of them. I figured it out though oddly enough.

it was Aeromotive Stealth 340 340lph Fuel Pump Offset Inlet
vs
Aeromotive Stealth 340 340lph Fuel Pump Center Inlet

and i discovered I could install this without a tune and it does nothing which will be helpful it was an enlightening day.

Actually, it might have been. An upgraded fuel pump is a good idea before a "stage 2" tune (unless the newer cars came better equipped?).

Yes you will need a tune for injectors but not the pump.
