2007 STI Build With Borg Warner Full Race EFR TS 8374 Pics added 1/21 of turbo - Page 4

Tune date is set for the 25th. Hoping for some good numbers overall. Car will be most likely tuned on pump gas initially but we are using the E85 compatible Walbro 465 in case he decides on other tunes later on. He is going from an ATP3076 to this so will be exciting to see the difference. He's on built bottom end with a non sleeved block and stock heads and cams. The budget was the deciding factor on this. This is another progress picture. We've been working non stop to make this happen by the 25th.

At this point after waiting I believe I forget how to drive stick..well at least one with a stage 2 clutch. Nonetheless.... I'm ready

Made a custom relocation bracket today for the coolant reservoir

Custom power steering line made and relocated bracket

Drain line installed, oil feed and coolant lines installed

Good call!! What pump, Wally 465?

Nice job keeping the AC! Engine bay looks good! I'd get rid of that Mishimoto rad cap and get a matched set of STI or Cosworth caps for the rad and tank! The mishimotos leak.

Also installed a jumper harness to go from fuel pump controller or to full 12awg ground.

I don't have time to write a lot...but dude...we had small issues too but I have the car and it is solid. Remember I'm on sock heads cams and valves. Did 460/420 on pump 93! I'll get charts up. Tune took almost 8hrs. Pobs scaling injectors as well. I was concerned that my numbers were low so this is base line tune. More will be happening. Glad I have car and it is a dream to drive! Keep us updated with your car....I will as well. More later. Props to Jeff Evans for getting this thing to run!

Dyno day went good. Just long and exhausting. We tuned this on full Speed Density map so it took some time to build. I will post numbers and the dyno graph later today. Did a great conservative tune and car feels really good.

Yes. We ending doing a really nice conservative pump gas tune(11.1 -11.3 AFR) 460whp 420tq 25psi
We didn't do much with avcs and aggressive timing because we wanted VE scaling to be dialed in correctly.
