Anyone else expecting pictures of starving and abused animals to pop up when Sarah McLaughlin sang the anthem?

Down Goes Brown (@DownGoesBrown)
Awkward moment in Vancouver. Sarah McLachlan singing "I will remember you" while spotlight shines on Roberto Luongo in a baseball cap.

Mayray seems to be playing decent too, I'm pleasantly surprised at that.
Although his drinking game is lacking now that he doesn't fall as much.

I'm going to leave my comments from when we play a real team. So what, we lost to the Deadmonton Coilers and barely beat the ****ty flames. We got destroyed by The Ducks. Beating ****ty teams isn't going to cut it in the playoffs. I still think we need to get a lot better or we're doomed. The real test is this friday against The Ducks and San Jose on Sunday. If we can get a real SOLID win, I'm talking 4-1, we've improved. If I see another 7-3 loss, we have a LONG way to go.

Lol so much for reserving your comments

I totally agree it is early still, just nice to see them starting to gel as a team and not have may ray falling all over the ice.
Also don't forget they're basically missing the 2nd line

LOL I couldn't help it. I agree, we're missing Kes and Booth and that hurts. I also think this "Goalie Controversy" is hurting the team

LOL theres actually a website out there where a guy counts how many times may ray has fell this year, its somewhere on nucks forums

I missed the first few minutes of the game yesterday. Is it true they change the skate-out song from U2 to Muse's Map of the Problematique?

Raymond seems to have fully recovered from his back surgery. He looks pumped and ready to play already, so he may have a good year.

Team looked good tonight. Ballard and Tanev looked strong on the power play. Coach V needs to play them more.

Glad to see the boys back following the Flames game with a better well-rounded effort. Loved the contributions for everyone.
