Default tomtom in my wrx wont boot

i just picked up a 03 wrx with the eclipse/tomtom combo. but the tomtom will not boot or load up after the startup screen. i push agree to the terms and blah blah blah and it never takes me to the home screen or anything. ive been looking for an answer on tomtom.com but cant seem to get an answer... i tried a soft reset and still nothing... im trying to use the bluetooth on it and cant do that without the tomtom loading up.... someone chime in please ive spent the whole day trying to figure it out...

TomTom ≠ Subaru

Especially not Car Care & Detailing

....wrong forum. Heck, I would even say wrong website.

This is not likely a vehicle specific issue and more an issue with the unit itself, installation, not understanding how the unit works, etc. I would start with the manufacturer and/or a related forum.
