Guys my friend took my car and he was replacing the front left wheel with the spare one then when he came back i tried to open the trunk from the button next to the driver's seat but it was stuck i didnt know what was going on . Finally after alot of time i've discovered that he lift the car from the area under the trunk and gas tank buttons

( he choosed a very weak point to raise from and now if u look at it inside the car its protruding upwards

My question is there any way to make the surface flat again and make both buttons functional again

Take it to a shop. Unless you want to use a hammer.

I might use a hammer as i want to use at least the gas tank button untill i take it to a shop

He lifted from the area under the buttons? Shouldn't affect the car when done right. However, if it did change the body geometry you now have frame damage. Take it to a shop.

Why are you worrying about this at all when your buddy should be paying for it. I would hire AJ Foyt himself to fix the damage and watch your buddy squirm.
