There are a bunch of threads on that. Its the clamps on the fuel lines under the intake Mani. Start the car and look just over the ac pump with a flashlight. You will see the lines under the intake mani. You will know which ones they are cause the clamps are upside down. You will likely see gas dripping. It is a known problem that SOA recognizes. Theyre a pita to get to. You can pay someone to do it for about $600 give or take. You can do it yourself too. You maybe able to recoup the cost from SOA. I just did mine a week ago myself. If you have any mechanic skills it can be done at home.

Yes, it takes about three minutes and it seems like it happens every year as the hoses shrink in the winter.

You will know. I smells like someone spilled gas inside your car. The correct way to fix it is pull the intake mani

The best way to get this fixed is to call/email SOA, they will tell you to setup an appointment with a dealership, the dealer checks to make sure it's covered in the recall then they tell you it's a 4 hour job. It is going to take them double, but you don't have to do the work yourself. Watched them do mine and it wouldn't be hard but things can break etc. I am not in a "cold weather state" in the TSB but it is cold here so they took care of it.
