2013 Keyless entry programming

I'm not looking to program a remote, I would like to know how to program "Passive Locking" and locking the doors when the ignition key is turned on. Any Ideas where I can find this info at:

Owners manual says its done by dealer..

Look in your manual or in the manual on mysubaru.com if you don't have it. I don't know how you would narrow your search.

Edit: Look in the "function settings" section

In the manual it says use the dealer but it also says that for the chime when armed/disarmed but it can be set by key movements and opening the door. I'm just hoping someone knows the correct movements for this.
