Can Stock Spring and Retainers work.

Hi,
need some advice.
Is anyone using TWE stage 2 cams, for the 2.5 SOHC with stock valve springs and retainers, or do I need the TWE springs and retainers?

yes stock springs and retainers can work but is it a good idea? NO
