Default Where can I find spare OEM intake bolts?

Hello,

I was installing my intake a whilea go and I dropped a bolt in the engine bay (I could never find it).. Does anyone know what size bolt the intake bolt is? (the bolt that connects to the chassis? I went on SubaruParts.com but I am not sure what they are called or know the dimension specifically.

Go to a local junkyard. They should have always have a couple subaru. Just snag a few bolts.

Take pictures of the area with the missing bolts. Circle the area where the bolts go in a color that stands out with paint. Upload the new circled picture to Photobucket. Pm SubaruGenuineParts in here (search for the name if you'd like) and send the picture. More than anything else be nice and courteous. Of course if you're not feeling shy, print out the circled picture and bring it to your nearest dealership. Either way most likely its gotta be special ordered.

That is a great resource. I saved that one myself.

If you are talking about the fasteners of the right angle bracket on the intake to the fender then they are not bolts. The "bolts" are actually studs welded to the insides of the fenders. If you dropped something then it was most likely the nut that threads onto the fender stud.

I would take the advice above a few posts and take a picture and circle in MS Paint what piece you are talking about and PM any OEM supplier on here. Worst case, take it in to your local dealer. If you are feeling lucky go to a hardware store and buy an assortment of metric nuts that seem to be the right size and give it a go.
