Default 03 wrx 2.1 stroker 18g - how much whp?

I rebuilt my 2.0 wrx into a 2.x stroker, and i'm curious how many whp you'd expect from this setup on 91 octane and a pro tune, assuming a safe psi level (to get 50k miles or so out of the engine).

Relevant mod list:
79mm sti crank
forged rods
forged pistons (very slight overbore)
18g turbo
upgraded fuel pump and injectors (assume they're sufficient to keep up with the rest of the set up)
upgraded oil pump
new bearings
newly machined heads (otherwise stock)
sti intercooler
catless 3" DP and catback
catless uppipe

i've heard the sweet spot on an 18g is about 20psi - psi seems to be the big variable here on final whp. my expectation is for 300whp, but what range shd i expect? how much psi is too much? how little is too weenie, given my upgraded and very solid internals?
