Any good email base AEM ems tuners, or one in hampton roads VA?

quick rundown,
AEM EMS4
honeywell gt-101 cam/crank sensors
sti coil packs

blah blah.

car runs and drives...just pig ass rich. A buddy and i made a base map from scratch since the AEM ones dont even get the car even close to started.

soooooo.... I am just needing a drive around and occasional fun tune until the spring when temps stabilize and I get a true to heart 5 hour tune.

I am familier with other engines and tuning them fine, i just dont know the optimal timing curves on an ej207
