Default Warped back window glass?

So my car is an 08 WRX. Bought it a while back with the gold warranty added on for pretty much nothing. When I bought the car the back right window would not go down correctly. Being as that I was 4 hours from home, I decided to let another dealership fix it.

I took my car to John Howard Motors to have them look at it. They said that the back right window would not go up and down because the glass was all warped. My car has been in Virginia, Ohio, and West Virginia. Tempered glass melts at about 650 degrees if I remember right. I just cannot guess how in the heck the glass got to that temp. BS on the dealer? SOA has denied me to, because they think I caused the warped glass. I really don't have the time right now, or garage space, to take apart the door and look for myself.

Insight? Thoughts? Opinions?

I always am on hold at SOA for at least 20 minutes before my call gets answered and I am having trouble getting ahold of the person dealing with my case because he is always dealing with other cases. Should I just call BS and keep complaining to see if I can get my way? Ask the dealer to dis-assemble and then show me how the glass is warped and how I cause it?

Also - I should note before I took it in the glass did move up and down, but just not all that well. Now it wont budge at all. I'm not too happy with the dealer (go figure) or SOA.

Call SOA, ask them to have the district rep inspect your glass. If it is warped (which I doubt) it's defective. There is nothing you would do to warp it.

Make certain it's a factory glass, and not an aftermarket replacement first.

I think you may have an issue with the window regulator mechanism.
