Default 06STI into 06wrx issues

Having trouble nailing down my issue, figured I'd throw it out for the community to assist with-

just got an 06 wrx with swapped 06 sti motor/drivetrain and the car does not idle. here is what I know:
2006 sti motor, all stock internals, has UP, DP, cobb CAI
2006 wrx limited chassis, ECU, wiring harness, throttle body

has a stage 2ish tune with the wrx throttle body map

The car idles around 1800-2000rpm when started and will hunt 1500-2000 while rolling with either clutch in or in neutral and then 1250-1850 after stopping and sitting neutral.

I've checked the coolant temp sensor and logged the car coming up to temp in romraider (so my assumption is that the sensor is working), I've checked the pedal angle % against the throttle plate position, also appears normal. I do have a small 2 pin connector on the engine wiring harness that is on the same branch as the throttle body and MAP sensor that is unplugged and I can't find anything on the STI engine that this should connect to.

I got the car with a 16112AA110 throttle body installed, I switched to another 16112AA170 tonight and it had no effect. The car never comes down to idle below 1200rpm....which is quite annoying when driving in traffic!

I've got an ABS light on and CEL of P0507

Thoughts on what to troubleshoot next?

Google a Subaru professional in your area. it might cost you $1K to nail down the problem, but atleast it will be done right. It always sucks trying to finish someone elses project, you never know how they chopped the thing together.
