Default Iphone Navigation on Double-Din? Droid Mini PC on Double-Din?

So i recently purchased an Android Mini-PC which, which can basically turn any TV or screen for that matter, into a fully functional droid operating system. Basically your TV can become a huge android system with mouse/keyboard capability. Now after seeing a bunch of guys add tablets to their cars, would it be possible to add an android stick to a certain double in unit?

My second question is, has anyone come across any headunits compatible with an Iphone 4s/5's navigation/maps application? I've been searching all morning and seem that the only one that supports it is the AppRadio 2 by pioneer and possibly the newer headunits with the "Advanced App" feature but im not sure if they support an iphone 5.

Specific models from this year and last years lineup by Pioneer have a number of navigation Apps you can use with the Iphone4. Iphone5 compatibility seems to be native to certain 2013 models and some older models can be use the Iphone5 with a firmware update and a different cable. I have the AVH-8400 with an Iphone4 and it works OK. I see Clarion now has a unit that will run apps too.

IMO, none of the Apps that Pioneer lists as being capable with their units work 100%. Pioneer really needs to institute some serious testing of these 3rd party apps before promoting them on their website. So far, the best Navi app I've found is Waze. Others have on-screen buttons that are way too small to press or just flat out don't work at all.
The newer 8500 unit may be better, but i wouldn't count on it.
