I will assume you do not have slotted struts, or aftermarket camber bolts, or camber adjusting strut tops. Your only option then is to max out the negative camber in the front, EVEN.
The rear is not adjustable, in stock form and is set at approx. -1.5 from the factory.

Stock should get you any where from -1.2 to -1.5 front. So tell them to give you as much as the front will go while keeping it even. Then zero out toe all around.

If you go with any aftermarket item that will get you more front negative camber, then shoot for -2.0 front with the rear at the stock -1.5 range.

Oh, what I mean by even is, perhaps they can get -1.6 front right, but only -1.3 front left. Then they should only go with the -1.3 for both. Both sides EVEN!

Depends on your driving habits as to what's appropriate. Ask a competent tech for their advice.

Agree with Bikelok; ideally you want more -camber in the fronts, opposite of what the factory settings are. You can go with 0 toe all-around, but I have some slight toe-in on the rear to help with stability in high speed/braking.

toe is what will eat tires quick....keep toe at zero and ya likley wont have any irregular wear issues

many of us have run -2.x* camber and had no irregular wear issues.

now...if you do a LOT of highway driving and drive like grandma when not on the highway......then a lot of neg camber may cause irregular wear issues

AND....the particular tires used may or may not be more prone to irregular wear

Awesome new list of parts that will actually improve the handling of my car. Do you suggest any specific brand for any of those parts...I'm thinking white line and for the braces not sure

whiteline com c or camber/caster adjustable front tops...rears arent as important

whiteline is the only one who makes an alk....if this isnt a daily driver, you coud do the 'sport' version and not hate it, i think ...do NOT get the 'motorsport' one

and the hd cowl stays....get em where ya get the rest of it

I ran -2.1 with whiteline bolts on my 03 and the front tires wore pretty evenly. Thus was with an autox about once a month and track day mayne once a year. Id go 2+ if youre doing any of that stuff. Better traction amd better wear characteristics
