Default boosting issue

Heres a video of the issue. Just started today. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fSnIi...ature=youtu.be

Now I'm thinking its
1. a leak some where
2. Hoping its not the turbo
3. Some sorta sensor or solenoid
4. The cars gods playing an evil trick.

The car is also smoking a little from where the turbo is, not sure if there's some sorta oil leak or again the turbo. Also The place I had the oil changed at extremely over filled my oil. Its a 03 wrx. The very last thing i did was hook up audio equipment. and before some one says why didn't i do the oil, I dont do my oil in the winter its tooo cold! If any one knows or has any ideas it be great! First Subaru car.

So off boost it's going into vacuum?

Smoke from where the turbo is? What does that mean? If your oil was overfilled it would billow smoke from the exhaust.

I can smell burning oil from inside the car when i have the heat on. Usually its when I'm idle. When I pop the hood i can see small amount of white smoke from the turbo area not 100% sure its from the turbo tho. My main issue is the boost readings. I'm 110% sure it never did that before. If I remember it was at 10-15 vac then go up from there.
