Default Installing Audio updates in my 07 WRX TR, what do I need?

So I purchased a used Alpine CDE-102 headunit from craigslist. $50. Anyway, the guy kept the wiring harness, do I have to go buy one for my WRX? Also, I bought two factory Subwoofers from an 02 WRX to hook into my car. Will they also plug into this headunit okay as well? Anything else am I going to need? These are the only two upgrades I want to do....adding the two floor subs and the upgraded single din CDE-102.

TLDR: do i need to buy anything besides the headunit itself to plug and play with two 02 factory subs?

Alpine wire harness - 30.00 from alpine-usa (That 100.00 alpine will end up costing you 80.00..) Sweet craigslist deal........!
Dash kit - 20.00 (metra or scosche)
Aftermarket wire harness - 20.00 (metra or scosche)
Amp - 100.00+ depending on quality
Amp kit - 80.00-150.00 (don't go to wal-mart/autozone)
Enjoy.

do I need another amp for the subwoofer(s)? I thought it would just plug into the factory one? i dont need the subs to have a lot of power, and im really not trying to go crazy modding the audio.

If I bought the headunit new, would it come with a wire harness? The guy said he has a wire harness that hes not including, said it was plugged into some 70s oldsmobile.

Didn't see the oem enclosure part... But no, you wont need amp and amp kit. Just the wire harness that comes with the enclosure. The alpine comes with a wire harness that connects into the radio.. The vehicle side wire harness will be sold separate. metra part # is 70-8901 the dash kit will be a 88-00-9000.

awesome. So with the Alpine head unit, I need to get the metra wiring harness and a dash kit t so itll all fit nice and snug and connect without any cutting. I think it will fit even without getting a dash kit, so i may try while waiting on shipping of one.

And to connect the factory subs (from 02 wrx) to my stock 07 WRX TR amp, all I need is the wiring harnesses from those stock subs (which the guy is selling with the subs).

Sounds pretty easy.
