Hate to do this but I'm going to sell my WRX wagon. Got a new job and my commute is pretty far. Selling it cause I picked up a Civic Ferio. I bought the car back in 2008. It's been a great car for me these past few years. I've taken pretty good care of it. Did all the regular services on it and did the regular oil changes as well. Have almost all the service records in hand for everything I've done over the years.
Had to replace the motor a few years ago because of a timing belt issue :A:. I have all the receipts for the motor purchase and the installation. I've had absolutely no issues w/the replacement motor. Brand new OEM clutch and timing belt were installed when I had the motor swapped. So, timing belt and clutch are just over 2 years old. Car runs great! Here are the stats: - 2002 WRX Wagon, 5 speed - Roughly 91,xxx miles on replacement motor (roughly 160k on the car) - Clean interior (9/10), non smoker, to rips or tears - Body has it's share of dents and dings for a 10 year old car (most done by previous owner(s) - Car will come complete stock - Stock indash 6 disc cd changer and casette player - Lowered on stock shocks and Tein S-tech springs (unknown mileage, bought them off craigslist). Shocks are good, no leaks, rides very smooth. Have the stock springs and 3 stock shocks that will come with the purchase of the car. - 2005 WRX Wagon exhaust (single tip vs. the dual tip that came on the '02-'04 WRX) - 2005 Stock WRX Wheels wrapped in Bridgestone Potenzas. Pretty clean. I'd say 8/10. Bought them off a fellow i-club member so miles on tires is unknown. Slight rash on a few of the wheels. I'd say about 70%-75% tread left on the tires. - Rear fenders are rolled - Has the rear rubber cargo tray - The rear bumper cover - All season floor mats and regular floor mats - Stock cross bars - Brand new battery (replaced about 2 months ago) - Replaced rear rotors and brake pads less than a year ago (Centric rotors and pads) and just had the front calipers and pads replaced about 2 months ago ($550 worth of work) - Front windows are tinted (30%) and rear windows are tinted (15%) Probably forgetting a few things but for the most part, with exception to the car being lowered, it's completely stock. I do have a handful of after market parts that I have for sale in another thread that can be purchased with the car if the buyer wants them. Some of the stuff is still on the car. Here's the link to my other thread that has all the parts that I'm selling: http://www.i-club.com/forums/norcal-...%2A%2A-246938/ If you have any questions, please email me at: sjoiner317@gmail.com for fastest response. *Registration paid too (Good till 11/13) *Clean Title, pinkslip in hand ***Test drives only if buyer has cash in hand! NEW PRICE: $8500 OBO...*** For photos, click the link to see my thread in i-club: http://www.i-club.com/forums/norcal-...eed%2A-247287/

Saving money on gas, services, and getting a car that's going to last longer is not madness. My first car was an Accord, which i had for 6 years and then i had an Integra for 8 years after that. So, I'm not getting into a car that I don't know anything about. The Subie was an awesome car and I was getting about 24 mpg but I'm getting almost 38 w/my Civic now. Simple math.

I noticed the cluster you have in there says 96k on it. Do you have the stock cluster? DMV will INSTANTLY salvage the title if you have to check the box that says "Not actual mileage". Because of that, it will be harder to get a loan and you can't get full coverage insurance on it. I understand that you have a lower mileage motor in the car, but putting the different cluster in there makes it harder to know the true mileage. Misleading in my opinion.
