Default 2012 Impreza Automatic Window

So...today my automatic driver window decided to stop working on my 2012 Subaru Impreza Limited. I still goes up and down but the automatic roll down and up has stopped working. Has anyone had this issue? Any quick fixes? Should I just bring it in? Thx

Check the owner's manual for how to enable the auto window feature; perhaps yours got reset somehow. I need to perform this procedure every time I disconnect/reconnect the battery to do something, but I can't remember the process for resetting it.

If the battery was disconnected, it needs reset. Check the manual to be sure but I think you roll the glass half way down, roll it up and hold the switch for a couple of seconds, then roll it down all the way.

As previously noted, it is mentioned in the owners manual.

Initialize the power window using the
following procedure to reactivate these
functions.
1. Close the driverís door.
2. Turn the ignition switch to the ďONĒ
position.
3. Open the driverís side window halfway
by pushing down the power window
switch.
4. Pull up the power window switch and
close the window completely. Continue
pulling up the switch for approximately 1
second after the window is closed completely.
5. Open the driverís side window completely
by fully pushing down the power
windows switch.
