You bought this car as-is from MN, right? It was a great build and very well thought out! Looking forward to seeing where you take it from here

Yes! This is Andrew Pace's old car. I have done a decent amount of things since I bought the car and have much more in store. I started out with an amazing platform to begin with. I had put in tons of research prior to the purchase of this car. My plans were to build my 04, but after finding this car I couldn't justify passing it up. Andrew definitely has a ton of Subaru knowledge and that was obvious through the lay out of the car. I only intend to take it to the next level.

I have followed your thread a little as well. Your photography is top notch and your car is on a great pathway as well. I will be updating this thread regularly and would love for you to leave your insight along the way.

Thanks! Andrew did a great job choosing parts. It just needs some more fuel and it can really put down some power! Is it still running MAF? Does the Perrin kit have a 3" intake pipe? Or does it use a 4"? I don't recall from when I saw this car last winter. Unfortunately I never got a ride when it was turned up. Only on his initial, low boost tune. It was still a blast and very responsive for turbo of that size.

Yes it is currently running MAF. I will be getting a Speed Density tune for sure once I purchase the fuel upgrades. I am pretty sure the Perrin intake is a 3".

I definitely plan on upgrading the fueling, but I will probably sort out all of my suspension mods first. I enjoy flying through curves more so than going fast in a straight line. I live in the mountains and spend most of my time out on back roads.

I am very familiar with Hendo, my sister lives there. You definitely should bring your Subaru next time. We could go for a parkway drive. Amazing scenery and a fun drive as well. Just keep me updated and I am sure we can work something out! Thanks for the kind words!

Sweet build, cant wait to see some dyno graphs!
How are the ASTs + Vorshlag plates? I have the Eibach R2s and Vorshlag Plates and they are good but can be quite harsh sometimes.

The AST's are quite comfortable actually. If I set them to full soft they feel comparable to stock (if I had lower spring rates even more so). My judgement is a little off though because I don't mind a harsh ride. My daily has pretty much every TiC Race Bushing made. The AST's have been my favorite set of coilovers I have driven on. I definitely think they are the best in the price range.
