Default Thinking of swapping my blob front end for bugeye.

When I set out to buy a Subaru, I wanted to buy a 2002-2003 WRX or STI. I found some great ones I was going to look at but the bank would only a fulfill a loan for a 2004+. So I bought a great stage 2 2004 WRB WRX.

I know most of you would flame me for wanting to swap, but I just personally prefer the bugeye look 100%.

Any of you guys have experience with this? I've searched and found some decent threads, just looking to get some modern opinions. I don't plan on selling the car for at least another 3 years after I've paid it off. I'd be doing a straight up trade with a bugeye and we'de do the swap in a day.

Any words of encouragement/discouragement welcome.

Thanks

The hoodpins were there when I bought the car, the hood closes without them so I think they were just installed for looks. And they do line up, might be the shadow that makes it look like that. Here is a better pic.
