Saw a possible hit and run

On my way home I saw a black wrx swerving through traffic. A little bit ahead of me he was stopped behind a CX7. All of a sudden the wrx u turns and takes of going the other way on Henry Ave and blowing the red light. The CX7 also u turned and chased him.

The wrx was a 2011+ with wingless trunk and steelies. Anyone on here?

Want to hear what happened.

lol not even sure if its a hit and run. didnt see any damage on the cars
just a car chase. haha
