Paul from Richmond, RI?

Was at dunkin donuts the past couple mornings getting my breakfast before work when the same guy shows up after me. Asks me about my STI and say he has a neighbor (paul) always has subarus over his house. He tells me his name is Tom and he works here at ripta with me. Drives a blue Jetta with AF veterans plates on it. Anyone know of who he is talking about?

The population of Richmond, RI is about 7,700. Divide that by 2 to eliminate women, and you get 3,850. Remove another 30% or so for people over 65 and under 16 and you get 2,695. Approximately 1% of people in the U.S. are named Paul. That leaves only 27 people who this guy could possibly be.
