Thumbs up Friendly Carlsen Subaru

I went to Carlsen Subaru this morning to get my roof railing checked up (it is coming off) and get my oil change. Al and Joe were very friendly to me... excellent service as well... they checked it out and told me the body shop that fixed my car didn't put the railing in correctly and explain how those things go in... they even gave me a free roof railing clip so I don't have to order one... I recommand going to Carlsen instead of Steven's Creek (been there before)... and Santa Cruz is too far... go Carlsen go Carlsen~!! *dances like Carlsen in Fresh Prince*

Agreed on Carlsen, good people and friendly service. Nothing but good experiences when I bought my car and when I've gone there for parts.
