Question HATCH - STI Front & Rear Splitter

I know there are a lot of threads here with pics of front and rear splitters, but dont see much in the way of mounting of them.

I have a 11 STI Hatch that I want to put a front and rear splitter on, but I have one question I am having a hard time finding an answer for. Because I live in Chicago and have to deal with snow, I am worried about snowplowwing and ripping a splitter off.

So my question is this:

What Front and Rear Splitters do people have that have a really good mounting for them that makes them super secure?

And are there any that also act as a skid plate ?

Where did you get the lip for the rear corners? Or did you just make them yourself?

Being carbon fiber it won't match the STI lip kit I'm looking to get and out of my price range. Thanks for the response
