Default Best price on high pressure discharge hose $145?

Anyone know of a better price than $145 shipped for the infamous high pressure ac discharge hose, part number 73421FE001? Seems that is about the best I can do for a new hose plus o-rings, but was hoping someone might know of a source that's selling these for less. Any leads would be appreciated!

I've got it for $139. Just a slight savings on the price you were given.

i dont think that's the one.....

mine was the one that connects the top of the condenser to the compressor....it is a rubber hose between 2 swedged ends.....the seal at the swedges broke and it was toast

put the new hose in and vac'd it for 45 minutes and recharged it and it now blows so cold when ya put it on HIGH that you cant stand it 15 minutes later even when its 100* outside

Uncle Scotty has it right, hose gave up after many years of service. Think my condenser fan might be going as well...need to find that test procedure on the forum.

the fan is like a lightbulb really....its either gonna work or not.....sometimes they will get 'sticky' and hang up and stop but they will get bounced around and start up at random

the relays go bad as does the plugs and harnesses sometimes

You can find good used ones on ebay for $25-50. I bought one for $30-40, don't remember exact price, came off an 06 STI. Works like a champ. The dealer wanted $225.
