Talking We ordered a vinyl cutter.

We have been out sourcing all our decals and vinyl work but this week we finally went for it and ordered a cutter and 12 rolls of vinyl so if anyone is looking for decals or signs let me know.
It will take about a week to get it and a couple of days to set it up and get it working so give us a week or so to get things going.
Thanks

Congrats! If you got a good plotter and some good software then you spent a pretty penny. My friend owns a performance shop in VA and we have a guy there that only does the stickers and tint. He is the man with vinyl. Have you any experience with vinyl? If not the first stickers you cut will more than likely come out all jagged. It takes some time to get it down to an art form if you dont have any experience. Anyways good luck with your vinyl and I hope everything works out for you with it.

Thanks ,we did get the best software package and yes it was pretty pricy but my wife has a marketing business and she has done alot of designing plus we have put the vinyl on several dozen cars, and have made many signs for businesses..A friend of ,out of town let us work with the software and the cutting and prep work for about 5 hours and we picked that part up rather quickly.

Sounds cool, Randy. I sent you an e-mail.

Edit: didn't work. Bounced back. Can you contact me at ateixeira@ifc.org?

On the Forester they might look out of place, so it's for my other wheels.

Hi v6scoobie,

I met you once at Capitol Raceway. Congrats on your purchase. Any idea on how to make the "STi" on the Electra One?

I can't tell if it's relfective or just a different shade of silver. Do you think it's too large a job for your press? Does anyone know if the original is a sticker or a custom paint job? Thanks!
