Does all turbos have internal waste gates?

Just womdering if all turbos for the subs have itw. Kinda seems like it to me?

If it bolts into the stock location, yes. Usually a kit with a larger "rotated" turbo will use an external gate.

OP didn't specify Subaru specific turbos, all turbo's in general, etc etc.

Nope, there are several stock location turbos available without IWG. The FP red is just one example.
