Default Cai= New Tune??

I Have A O2 Wrx Stage 2 Access Port With A K&n Drop In Filter In Stock Air Box Would It Be A Good Idea To Get A Tune If I Was To Switch It To A Cia Or Would It Make That Much Difference?

You did not do your required reading.

But, you CAN get away without a retune, but I would get a protune with a cai to make sure down the road you don't have a catastrophic failure.

You need a tune if you switch to a CAI.

However you do not need a CAI. Your money is better spent else where. The stock air box on your car with a kn drop in filter is actually pretty good. I would spend money on the hoses from the turbo and intercooler because they are corrugated plastic and tend to crack. You will see more from replacing all that pipeing with smooth silicone ones.
