Overall goal: 215. Goal for this round: 230.

I've been riding my mountain or road bike 4+ times a week for the last 7 weeks, so my metabolism is in gear. I'm getting faster every week, but still not as fast as I was 2 years ago when I was ~225 I think it's the extra 30 pound meat vest I'm wearing

Going to have to incorporate some strength training. I hate to admit it but I'm pretty weak. I can only do a dozen pushups or so, ~30 situps, and no pull-ups.

Edit: Just yesterday, I knocked the mouthwash bottle off the bathroom counter on to the scale and cracked the display.

Thanks. Had I stepped on that part, ever, I'm sure it would have broken.

I promise I will get my pic up tonight. My flight ended up going through some hell and a storm in Atlanta made us land in Nashville for a bit.

Late already! My goal this round is to lean up my frame and replace fat with muscle. I don't expect my weight to change too much (bounce between 170 and 175).

Current: 175.5
Goal: 175 (drop fat build muscle)

MY scale was on the fritz yesterday. Stepping on it to turn it on only reset the clock instead of making it ready to weigh. I'm going to get a new one after work today and I'll have pictures tonight.

I'll be weighing in in the morning. Been babysitting a 5 month old and jeez louise, sleep really does become the most amazing thing in the world. Friends got their work schedules resettled though so back to the normal grind when I wake up!

We have some people missing, if you don't post a weight in by tomorrow, you're out of the competition.

The spreadsheet is up; bottom of my first post.

For this challenge, probably a pound a week, so ten pounds. Ultimately I want to be under 220 and stay that way. I'm 6'4" so I carry 240 lbs pretty well but its not where I like being. Its the most I've ever weighed.

The weekend is coming up. This is the hardest time for me. Stay strong and keep up the good eating habits everyone.

Random thought: There is a sandwich in every beer.

I feel like the weekends are better/ easier for me. I don't go out, I get up early to go to the gym for some cardio, then back again (if I have to) for weights. I eat clean, but I do have a few beers which I allow myself in my daily calories.
In my beers there are a few sandwiches in each beer, because I like to make big beers!

TGIF, I feel like I can finally relax on friday nights. Monday comes too quick!

I've been walking quite a bit lately (~16 miles last week) since the weather has been fantastic here. Too bad this weekend is going to be cold, so it's looking like some QT time with the gym for me.

I do like my O'Douls on a weekend. Only 60 Cals a bottle, and I don't feel like I'm missing out.
