Default Whining After Clutch Install

I installed a Competition clutch FX500 yesterday, now I have a whining noise that sounds like a supercharger. It seems to happen when it builds boost and it does it in every single gear. It does not effect drivability at all. At first I thought it was the clutch slipping but I kept it in the noise for a solid 3 miles on the interstate with no issues assuming that the clutch would have been smoking if it had been slipping for 3 miles. As soon as you lift off the throttle the noise stops completely and as long as you aren't building boost pressure then it doesn't make the noise at all. I've read a few threads on this but none of them seem to fix my issue. New pilot bearing, Throwout bearing, and clutch disc were installed. Any ideas?
