Question Where to service in Frisco/Plano/North Dallas?

All:

My first post to this forum so go easy on me....

I just bought my brother's 2004 WRX Wagon and had it shipped to me from Los Angeles. It's had a number of mods by Renner - i.e. sway bar, short-shift changer, downpipe, STI brakes, etc. - so I'm looking for a reputable guy/shop in the Far North Dallas/Frisco/Plano area who I can call on for servicing needs. I don't plan to make any additional mods - just ensure that it remains in good shape.

In addition, as the car has been 'services' to meet California's own standards, is there any work required to make it compliant with those of Texas? Forgive my ignorance but I know very little about car mechanics - I just drive them.

Thanks in advance.
